Here are answers to the most common questions that we get. If you have a question you don't see here, please contact us.
When will I get my order?
This depends on what shipping method you choose and if the items are in stock.
If your items are in stock your order will ship out the same business day if you placed it by 2pm CT, otherwise it will ship out the following business day. Your order will arrive a few days after that depending on the shipping method that you chose. Here are a few examples:
- You placed an order on Monday at 1pm CT and selected UPS 2nd Day Air ®. If your items are in stock, they will typically ship on Monday and arrive at your address on Wednesday.
- You placed an order on Monday at 3pm CT and selected UPS 2nd Day Air ®. If your items are in stock, they will typically ship on Tuesday and arrive at your address on Thursday.
- You placed an order on Thursday at 1pm CT and selected UPS Next Day Air ®. If your items are in stock, they will typically ship on Thursday and arrive at your address on Friday.
- You placed an order on Thursday at 3pm CT and selected UPS Next Day Air ®. If your items are in stock, they will typically ship on Friday and arrive at your address on Monday.
- You placed an order on Saturday or Sunday and selected USPS Priority Mail. If your items are in stock, they will typically ship on Monday and arrive at your address on Wednesday or Thursday.

When will my order ship?
If the items are in stock, your order will ship the same business day if placed by 2pm CT, otherwise it will ship the following business day. We don't like delays, so we try hard to keep ample stock of each product. If a product is temporarily out of stock, an estimate of when we will be able to ship it will be listed near the "Add to Cart" button on each product page.
Can I ship to an alternative address?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you may enter a separate shipping address and billing address. If you'd like to change the shipping address after you've placed your order, please email us.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, simply place multiple orders.
Do you have a physical store that I can visit?
No, the DoulaShop is exclusively an online store. Every product that we carry is available online. If you're not sure you'll like something, you might be interested to know that we do guarantee your satisfaction. Please see our return policy for more details.
Do you have a catalog?
At this time, we do not have a catalog. If you'd like to receive one if and when we do have one, please let us know. You might also be interested in our newsletter.
Do you ship to the Canada?
No, not at this time. We used to ship to Canada, but customers were not happy with the import/customs/brokerage fees that they were required to pay on their shipments.
Do you ship to the UK or Australia?
Not at this time. We have been unable to find a shipper that is quick and reasonably priced for orders overseas.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, via USPS Priority Mail. It does however sometimes take a few extra days to arrive at the destination.
Do you sell Wholesale?
No we do not. If you'd like to order a large number of items please contact our customer service department and we may be able to arrange a discount.
