Gift Wrapping
We gift wrap! Simply select gift wrapping during checkout and we'll do the rest.
We do have a small number of products that are too large to be gift wrapped. These products are clearly noted at the bottom of their description.
What do I have to do?
Simply select the gift wrapping option during checkout. Easy enough.
What's the cost?
The cost is $2.50 per item.
Do you include a gift card?
Of course! We'll include a gift card with your personalized message hand written on it. During the checkout process, please enter what you'd like to say in the gift card.
Will you ship directly to the gift recipient?
Absolutely. We will ship it wherever you'd like, simply enter the shipping address during checkout. Here are more details on our shipping policies. Note that the shipper/return address will be the DoulaShop.com address.
Will you include an invoice, packing slip or receipt with the gift?
We do not include an invoice, packing slip or receipt when shipping a gift. We find the vast majority of customers prefer this. If you'd like to receive your invoice, please email customer service and we'll send it to you separately.
Do you include anything else with the shipment?
We do often include several small advertisements about other products available from our site, that the recipient might be interested in. We find that the vast majority of customers like our advertisements because it introduces them to things they might not know even exist. If you'd prefer that we do not include these advertisements, please mention such in the comments during the checkout process.
How do you wrap?
We place the item(s) in a gift bag with tissue paper. We have holiday-themed tissue paper and neutral bags that we use for the holiday season unless you request otherwise or the note indicates that it's not a holiday gift.
If I purchase multiple items, how will they be wrapped?
All items will be gift wrapped together if possible, unless you request otherwise.
What will the return address on the package be?
DoulaShop.com's return address.
