Do I need a doula or can I just read a book?
This is personal preference as some women may enjoy the hands on help and vast knowledge of a doula while others may prefer to educate themselves enough to prepare for labor on their own.
Do I need to learn about c-sections if I don't plan to have one?
It may be a good idea to read up on c-sections in your pregnancy books as most are unplanned.
What books should my birth partner and coach read to prepare?
We have several books targeted at just the birthing process and are excellent reads for your birth coach.
